Free Delivery on orders over £50 (UK mainland Customers Only)


1. UK SAVER - Standard Delivery - £2.99
  • Our standard delivery service will aim to deliver your parcel between 1-4 working days of your placed order. An ultra-economical option for those who aren't in a "next day" kind of rush for Trendy Hub goods, cost effective option for delivery.
  • Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands will take an additional 48 hours on top of the selected delivery option.
  • Once the order is placed and confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with the relevant details regarding your order status.
  • Royal Mail is our UK delivery partner. If the customer is not home, the courier will attempt to leave with a neighbour to obtain a signature. If this is not possible, the parcel will be returned to the depot which you can arrange a redelivery with Royal Mail.

2. Super-Fast Next Day Delivery - £5.99 A super-speedy service straight to your door, our next day delivery option is perfect if you simply can’t wait for your Trendy Hub goods.

  • Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 4pm will be delivered the next day.
  • Orders placed after 4pm on Friday up to Monday will be dispatched on Monday.
  • Orders placed before 4pm on Friday may be received next-day but it must be upgraded to our Saturday service.
  • Please Note - Orders placed after 4pm on the day will not be eligible for next day delivery. Please ensure your order is placed before 4pm to guarantee next day delivery.

3. UK Special Delivery Next Day (Saturday) - £6.99
  • Orders placed before 4pm on Friday may be received on our Saturday service.

4. European Union Delivery - £9.99
  • Royal Mail is our EU delivery partner. The items will be tracked and dispatched by us if the purchase is made from the EU.

5. USA Delivery – £13.99
  • Royal Mail is our delivery partner. The items will be tracked and dispatched by us if the purchase is made from the USA.

6. Other International Countries - £24.99
  • Royal Mail is our delivery partner. The items will be tracked and dispatched by and handed over to the relevant courier service.

7. UK Returns:

  • Please note If you are returning an item in the UK it’s super easy and free via Royal Mail. All you need to do is return your item along with the returns slip which came with the goods and mark which you would like to return using the reason codes provided.
  • Once you have repackaged the items, simply attached the prepaid returns label and take your parcel to the local Post Office.
  • If you wish to return the item via an alternative returns service, the responsibility of all costs of the return will be down to the customer. Please return the parcel to the following postal address:
  • International returns:
    For international returns, the cost of returning the items will be responsibility of the customer. All other terms outlined in our returns policy will remain the same.

8. Faulty returns:
  • We apologise for any inconvenience caused due to any faulty items received. If you receive a faulty item, please return it back to us within 28 days of purchase and please get in touch with our Customer Care team before returning so we can investigate this as priority.

9. How long does it take to get a refund?
  • We aim to process all returns & refunds within 14 calendar days, once your return has been processed we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. An automated confirmation email will be sent from Trendy Hub and a refund will be issued back to your original method of payment. If any item isn’t returned in the condition outlined in our refund policy a member of our Customer Care team will contact, you to discuss your options.

10. Exchanges & Cancellation
  • Please note that We do not offer refunds on delivery charges as they are being charged by our delivery partner Royal Mail. We can offer replacements on damaged items with free delivery if the circumstances are of that nature.
  • At present we’re unable to offer any exchanges upon receiving your return, we’re sorry to disappoint you but We’ll make every effort to quickly process your return and refund you back to your original method of payment. In the meantime, you’re more than welcome to place another order with us to receive your desired item.
  • We like to get your order out to you quickly so unfortunately, we can’t make changes or cancel an order once it has been placed. This includes changes to items or address information. If you wish to return an item, you have 28 days from the date of purchase to send it back to our Returns Team located in the United Kingdom.
